Temperatute: 200¤c
time:-approx.30 min.
PIE CRUST:-
Plain flour(sieved)- 300gms
Margarine/butter- 125gms
Cold water- 3tbsp
Filling:-
Frozen spinach(thawed)- 250gms
Flour - 2tbsp
Margerin/butter - 1½tbsp
Grated cheese - 100gms
White pepper- 1tsp(powder)
Method:-
Mix the dough first,knead well.
Press it in a pie mould app. 24cm diameter.
while preparing the filling keep the tray in the refregerator.
Thaw the spinach well & in a pan Fry it for 2 minutes in ½ tbsp oil,to remove the raw smell.
Whip milk and flour in a vessel,and add the margarine.
Cook it on stirring for 2minutes.
Add cheese,salt and pepper.
Now place the chopped spinach in the pie crust,evenly.
Pour over the sauce.
Bake in the lowest frame for 30 min.
Serve with vegetable salad.
