Ingredients:
For pani----
tamarind 20 gm
mint and corinder leaves-1/2 bunch each
green chilly 2-3 made into paste
black salt(kaala namak)-1 tsbp
Panipoori masala 3-4 tsbps
lime juice-1 lemon
salt for taste
sugar-1 tsbp
method-
soak tamarind in half litre water.add salt,chilly-mint-corinder paste and stir. then add black salt,sugar,lemon juice and masala.stir,strain and keep aside.add upto half litre water to taste.
For stuffing----
boiled potatoes 1-2 nos(mashed)
cummin and corander-1 tsbp each
pinch of tumeric
salt to taste
mix all ingredients and keep aside.
For puri--------
readymade puris are available or
maida-1 cup
rava-half cup
water to knead
oil to deep frying
make a stiff dough of the rava and maida. roll out small puris of 5cms diametre.deep fry
To serve,make a hole on one side of the puri,stuff the potato mixture,dip pani and pop it into mouth... yummmyyyy!!!!
