You need:
puffed rice- 3 cups
tomatoes-3
onions-2
boiled potato-2
raw mangoes(optional)-1
crisp puris
mixture(chivda)
For green chutney:
small bunch each of fresh corinder and pudina leaves,
ginger-a small piece
salt a pinch or two
2 green chillies
For sweet chutney:
dates 50 gms
tamarind paste
jaggery
chilli powder-1 tsp
salt to taste
method::
grind all ingredients for green chutney to a paste.For sweet chutney,deseed the dates.Add tamarind paste and grind the dates. Boil paste.Add chilli powder,salt and jaggery.Boil till it thickens.In a big vessel,mix well puffed rice,mixture,finely chopped vegetables,both the chutneys and lemon juice. Transfer to serving plates.Garnish with sev,pooris and corinder leaves.
