Ingredients:
buns(poa)-as required
boiled and peeled potatoes-6
tomatoes-2
onions-1
cauliflower florets-100 gms
capsicum-1
green peas-100 gms
paobhajji masala-1 tsp
salt to taste
chilli powder-1 tsp
lemon juice,corinder leaves,onions,butter,
jeera-1 tsp
5 garlic cloves
oil to prepare the gravy
method:
heat oil. Add jeera.Then add onions and garlic.When turn golden brown,add green peas,capsicum,cauliflower florets and tomato.Add a little water,chilli powder ,masala and salt to taste.Cook and mash well.Add potatoes and mash again.Roast the poas on the tava using butter.Pour the gravy on the serving plate,squeeze lemon,garnish with a blob of butter,corinder leaves and onions.Serve with hot buttered poas.
