kothimeera rice

ingredients: Kothimeera (hara dhaniya) a big bunch rice 1 1/2 cups ginger pieces 2 tsp garlic cloves 8 fresh coconut pieces 1/2 cup whole garam masala little salt approximately green chillies 2 to 4 oil half cup chop kothimeera, heat oil in a kadai. pur whole garam masala, ginger and garlic pieces and coconut pieces and fry them little, add chopped kothimeera and fry till cooked remove from fire and allow it to cool for 15 mins. mix the above cooked kothimeera in a blender to a coarse paste. heat oil again in a tawa put the blended mixture to that, fry a little, now add rice and water. add chopped green mirch, salt according to taste. remove from fire when cooked. serve hot with sliced onions. it taste fantastic. try it u ll know.
