Ingredients:
SagguBiyyam(Saabu Dana)-1 cup
Pulla Perugu(Sour curd)-1 cup
green chillies-2 0r 3
onions-2 finely chopped
rice flour-2 tbsp
dhaniya -finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
Soak th saabu daana in the curd for the whole night.
When it is completely soaked mash them into a fine paste.
Mix the chopped onion, dhaniya, green chillies and rice flour to make it into a thick dough.
Add rice flour to make the dough stiff.
Add salt.
Make the dough into small balls.
Take each ball and press into the shape of vada and deep fry in the oil.
you can eat with any traditional chutney.
