Ingredients :

Raw banana - 1
chilli powder - 1spoon
dhania powder - 1/2 spoon
salt - as required
turmeric powder - a pinch
Oil - 2 table spoons
curry leaf-1 to 2 leaflets
procedure :
------------
Peel the banana and chop it into thin slices in round shape.Then apply chillipowder,coriander powder,salt and turmeric powder to these bananna pieces.Now heat the oil in a khadai and then transfer the bananna pieces into khadai and cover the lid.In between keep stirring the contents up and down for uniform cooking.Continue for 10minutes.And now add curry leaf and fry the contents without lid for 5 more minutes.
Note :
This fry goes good with any kind of daal or sambaar or rasam.Try out this .Kids might like them in their lunch boxes.
