Stuffed Gulab Jamuns

I know everybody knows about gulabjamun recipe. But this is little variety preparation for Dussehra. Colourful and tasty with good flavour. We can prepare with instant packet also. Ingredients: Instant gulabjamun packet 1 Syrup: Sugar 750 gm Cardamom powder 1 1/2 tbsp Rose essence 1/2tsp water 200ml For filling:- Peeled almonds(soaked) tbsp(soaked in milk) Any caramell colour Cashewnuts 1/2tbsp(soaked in tsp milk) Chopped pista Oil/Ghee For frying Method:- Prepare the jamuns dough,according the instructions on the packet. Cover with a damp cloth. Keep a side. Make 1/2 string sugar syrup, keep aside,keep warm. Make filling with all ingredients except pista. Cook in micro until it turns thicken.Add colour too. make small balls,keep aside. Make balls out of the jamun dough. Shape as bowls/cups,fill with the nuts balls,cover all the sides.roll it as round jamuns/oval shapes. Heat oil/ghee and fry stuffed jamuns,slowly until golden brown. Remove and dip into the light warm sugar syrup for 1/2 hour. Serving tips:- Cut jamuns and serve with cream/vanilla icecream.
