This curry is very easy to prepare. You can just blend the mixture,add the stuffing and leave the curry on low flame and carry on with other work.It's simple and it doesn't need much attention.
Ingredients :
Round Brinjals(gurthivankayalu)- 8 or 10
Onion- Big size 1
Green Chillies or Red Chillies- 5
Salt- To taste
Cilantro Leaves (coriander leaves)- 1 whole bunch
Curry Leaves- 5-6 leaflets
Cumin- 1tea spoon
Garlic- 1 Whole Garlic
Ginger- 1
