Dosakaya(yellow cucumber)-> 1
Ullikaadalu(green onion)->a bunch(oka katta)
Sour tomatoes->4(normally i buy cherry tomatoes and store in freezer for 4 or 5 months.).
Gingergarlic paste->1tsp
Chopped onions->3/4cup
Salt->as required
Chilli powder->1tsp
Dhania powder(coriander powder)->1tsp
Oil->1 or 2 table spoons
Curry leaves->2 leaflets
Water-1/4cup
Procedure :

1)Peel ,wash,cut the cucumber into two halves ,remove the seeds,cut the cucumber into small cubes and keep aside.
2)Now chop the green onions,tomatoes and keep aside.
3)Heat oil in pan and add chopped onions and curry leaves and saute until onion turns golden brown.Now add green onions and saute for 4 minutes ,add ginger garlic paste ,saute for a minute and add the cucumber pieces,saute for 5 minutes and add chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,pinch of turmeric powder,saute for a minute and cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes.Now remove the lid,and add chopped tomatoes ,cook for 2 minutes,and cover the lid and cook until the moisture from the cucumber and tomatoes gets evaporated.Now add water and again cook until done.

This curry goes well with hot plain rice.And it tastes better after 3-4 hours than having it immediately.
