Malaysian Chocolate Layer Pudding

Green peas flour : 3cups Coconut Milk : 3cups Sugar : 14oz Water: 2 1/2 pints Vanilla Essence : 2tbsp Cocoa Powder : 1tbsp Salt to taste Method : Mix 3 cups of coconut milk in sugar till it dissolves over low flame. Next , add green peas flour and little salt till mixture thickens. Add vanilla essence and then divide into 2 portions. Pour one portion into a square mould. Moisten cocoa with a little warm water and to other portion as well. Pour in layer , place it in the refrigetor to set it. That's it...and this will be loved by kids.... for variation we can add some jelly sweets as well.
