Now-a-days in our busy life schedule, stress eats our total energy and leaves us nowhere. I hope these tips will be useful.
1. Deal with problems as they come. Forget the past. Do not try to solve all your problems at the same time. Solve one problem at a time. Concentrate all your efforts on solving that one problem.
2. Laugh at your mistakes but do not laugh at those of others. Practise meditation for 15 minutes a day. It will bring peace, poise and relaxation of the mind and body. Face every day with a positive attitude. Be contended. Do not be jealous of others inturn it harms ourselves.
3. Do not feel sorry about mistakes made in the past, Learn lessons fom them. Do not worry about the future, which is yet to be born. Forgive and forget the mistakes done by others.
4. Remember you are in control of your own mind. Life is what you make it. Accept yourself for what you are. Do not indulge in self-pity. Nothing is impossible. All the powers in the universe are already within you. You can do anything and everything. Believe in that. At my will mountains will crumble up. Have that sort of energy and will, work hard and you will reach the goal. Don't lose self-confidence.
5. Whatever you think, you will be - either weak or strong. Never mind failures, they are quite natural. Thinking is the important thing in life. Thinking makes things perfect. Great thinkers were intellectuals. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru worked for nearly eighteen hours a day for the progress of the country.
6. Free yourself from selfishness. If you cannot solve a problem inspite of your efforts do not be worried or anxious. Time is the best healer. Lastly relax with faith in God and pray with your full heart. Prayer can move mountains and work miracles.
