Beerakaaya tokkutho vadalu
Peel off the beerakay ,wash it thoroughly and cut into medium pieces at random.You can add some beerakay pieces too to make it more.
Add 7 or 8 dried red chillies ,small piece of ginger,jeera,very little water and salt to it and grind it in a food processor or any indian mixie till it becomes a bit smooth .Now add 1 cup of rice flour to thicken it and also for the crispyness.add curry leaves to it.mix it well .make small vadas using your palms ,press it gently to form vadas and deep fry them in oil till brown.Remove them from the oil and now its your turn to relish it .Believe...this is just wonderful and for sure everyone will ask for more.......
I learnt this recipe from my mother.
