Articles: My Thoughts | 'Faction' & it's 'Refraction'

Factionism had been identified to be the root cause at every level posing as an impediment in the way of progress and prosperity individually, institutionally at personal level and at national level. With my in-depth analysis, I could come out with my observations on FACTION as follows:-
Break the term “FACTION’
You can find three components
“FACT” – “I” & “ON”
“FACT” denoting the underlying fact
“I” denoting “EGO” & “SELF”
“ON” denoting the possession of the above elements
It is a combination of three elements
Eye on this feature
Wherever, you find “I,” it gets accompanied by “EGO” & “SELF”
The 'FACT' is that, such a situation leads to “FACTION”
There is 'FACTION' in 'SATISFACTION'
It’s presence you can see even in 'DIS-SATISFACTION'
Not even leaving the area of 'BENEFACTION'
It is by nature itself, the term is formed like this
As such, practically you find -
“With out any reason or rhyme” - exists this “FACTION”
Springing up straight from the human nature,It ends up only with NATURE
Now it is up to one and all
-- to invoke their conscience and
---put in maximum efforts in staying away from the element of FACTION through out their lives in making a beginning for visualising our DREAM LAND ie.,Bharath & Bharatheeya - how they should be
