When i joined my first job i use to smile at each and every
indian i see at work both males and females. Half of them smile back and half of them don't. Slowly don't know what happened to me but i stopped smiling completely with in 4 month's...Please be nice and say hi with a good smile when some one says hi to you...we are not flirting with you when we say hi..
