Butter is present in milk but is not readily seen, so also the salt in seawater. God’s presence in the Universe is very much analogous to this. Butter in milk and salt in seawater do not declare their presence. One is known through effort and the other by perception of taste or experiencing it. The Supreme Being does not present himself before us in a specific form just like that.
He is formless, omni present, omnipotent, omniscient and an embodiment of limitless energy. We have to strive to realize him and experience.
In our daily life spiritual inclination, thinking and worship are useful in this context. They give us a great deal of relaxation both mental and physical. Bodily discomforts and pain, functional disorders could be cured medically where as mental stress and agony could only be cured and stability of mind (thought process) achieved by spiritual discipline which includes meditation (Dhyana), prayer (Prarthana), Pooja(ritual practices).
The cause of mental stress could be very many like own mistakes, outside agencies including family members, loss of near and dear ones, unexpected and unpleasant developments in life, desires not attaining fruition etc. All such experiences have a tremendous influence on the individual. At times could result in nervous breakdown, disorder, brain hemorrhage, paralysis etc. The ill feelings get registered in the subconscious mind. As feelings start simmering within the change in behavior pattern could be profound. Anger, distress, violent expression is the result. Once mind is not cool, the analytical ability though naturally vibrant in individual would be clouded and rendered ineffective. These symptoms act as impediments in your efforts of action and cause frustration, loss of self-confidence etc. In order to overcome all these maladies and negative traits, it is highly recommended to go spiritual which alone serves as a panacea in the modern times. It is nothing miracle or occult but is a pragmatic, logical and a rational approach.
Let’s look into the mechanism part of it.
