You all know that Cricket World Cup will be held in India in 2011. Our Prime Minister along with Arjun Singh and all the big Congress Leaders have formulated some new rules for this Tournament.
1. A Batsmen from Reservation Community need not hit clear Fence to score Six or Four.If he clears the inner circle,it is Six.
2. To run for singles, he can make use of a bike or bicycle.
3. A reserved qouta player can stop the ball with legs,hands and whatever he can make use of.
4. To send a Reservation quota Batsmen to pavilion, the bowler has to out him 2 times.
5. Reservation Quota batsmen need not play in First Class Matches, need not clear Fitness Tests. He can directly get a place in Team if he knows what is Bat and What is Ball.
6. You cannot run out a Reservation Qouta Batsmen unless the fielder is also from Reservation Quota.
7. There should be 5 coaches in a Team.For OBC /SC /ST / Physically or Mentally Handicapped/ Politicians Recommended.
8. General Quota Bowlers should not bowl Bouncers, Googly, Inswing, Out Swing, Doosra, Teesra(if it exists) and speed should not exceed 70mph to a Quota Batsmen.
9. Out of Two Umpires, one should be reserved for OBC etc,,.
10. Reserved players will get Two bottles more than others in drinks break.
11. There should be 5 Man of Match. One for
General/OBC/SC/ST/Physically Handicapped.
12. In the Selectionm Committe, One each should be reserved for the reserved Qouta Selectors so that they should select Reserved Qouta players.
13. General Qouta bowlers should not appeal against Reserved Qouta bowlers.
That's it. Last heard they are thinking of implementing reservations in FootBAll World Cup.
