Yet again, it’s proved that an illiterate or a beggar is far better than the AVADHANI.
As long as a human being doesn’t have a manner, No matter how much command he/she is having at Telugu or what ever may be the lingo, absolutely useless.
Unfortunately, that third class rogue (NAGA PHANI) belongs to Telugu community. This kind of manner less Donkey’s, who can merely produce sounds in Telugu, must be punished strictly.
