Folks,
R we using our brains 100%, r we potential, r u doing what u suppose to do..?
I have seen many professional (Engineers, doctors, S/W etc) earning millions per month and doing their own washing and ironing., cleaning, washing dishes, cooking.., cleaning car, etc..etc
If this is for pleasure then I donot know what to say but if this is to save money then you are wrong and wasting your valuable time.. you have so many areas to cover..
Many of us know how to earn money by working but they are lacking how to make money out of money..
The profession should spend his time on his career growth how and where to invest money. how can I double my money.
Which bank will give less interest. where is real estate is booming. who will take care of my properites , what are my property risk... ? where are my loop holes, where are my weak areas.. ? I'm in using 100% of my saving on real investments..
I'm in danger with friends.. what friends are thinking about me.. who is thinking negative againts me.. who is trying to come close to me to cheat.. who are all met with me with my permission and without.. why the people wants to come to do friendship with me.. what are their expectations. is their any risk or danger with them. To evaluate this you require tons of time.
These are the areas where professions needs to be concentrating rather than cleaning his car, washing his clothes, etc..etc.
The right plan at right time and taking right decision always leads to sucesss..
I came abroad 6 years back and HSBC bank was after me to take bank loan and offered me 50-60 times of salary for a loan.
I have not taken loan anytime and thought why to pay interest to bank and didnot take any loan..
If I would have taken 60 times of my salary and invested in hyderabad real estate 6 years back (50-60 lakhs) and by this time I would had 3-5 crores in my pocket..only I would had paid monthly installments.
I manage to save little instead of tons..with my actual earning..
See wise men do this.. I learnt lessons but late than never..
So think and act and lead your career.. you can make miracles and prove urself..
keep time for urself and utlised 100% on your growth than on wasting time on other things where you just need to pay peanuts like cleaning car, washing dishes, washing, ironing etc..etc..
If you invest ur brain then you can earn millions..
