I am not sure of the statistical values, but I feel that, everyday atleast more than hundred people in this world is committing suicide. And more than 50% of them, are educated ones. And I dare to say that, many more people might have thought to commit suicide, but failed due to some reason like lack of courage, or thinking further about family etc., but they will be still in a dilemma and may commit suicide someday.
I heard of many debates and meetings conducted regarding this SUICIDE issue, but I didn't see any constructive approach to stop them.
I am also unable to do anything to stop such people. But I found some alternate for suicide.
I am presenting this, thinking that, if any depressed one happens to read this, he or she may stop taking his/her life out.
First of all, WHAT IS SUICIDE???
In Telugu, we call it as AATMA HATYA, means self killing. or killing the soul.
SO there should be something called soul in our bodies. Ok these souls, spirits, ghosts are not scientifically proved. But we many times feel that there is something inside us, a soul or heart or spirit whatever it is.
Whenever we want to commit suicide, we mean to kill that soul element inside us, so that it will never bug our minds again. We want to kill all our nightmares, all our thoughts, all depressions inside it, and are ready to kill even the innocent pleasant memories along with them. The problems that these soul inside facing may be, different, like financial/love failure/loneliness/tensions/debts/guilt/fear etc... and we feel that we cannot face others and smile when our soul is crying like hell inside us.
I think there is a better way for escaping all these than killing ourselves.But it is very very diffcult.
It is also a Suicide. But our body still, breathes, eats, sleeps, after committing suicide. It is PSYCHOLOGICAL SUICIDE.
We need not kill our body, because we have no right over it. It is given to us by our parents. and married people are bound to comfort their spouses and offer a shoulder to cry when they are in troubles. Our lap is owned by our children to sleep there. We have no right on any part of our body.
It is our soul,which is brought up by nourishing with knowledge from books and thoughts. We have complete rights over our Soul,which we acquired as a blank one at birth, we filled it with many emotions, memories and thoughts. And when this soul of us, is paining, how far it is right to kill the body. And we are not sure of the death or existence of SOUL affter the death of body. Science did not develop to that level so far.
So when we are depressed very much and ready to kill ourselves, why can't we dare to kill our Soul inside our body?? Can't we kill all our emotions, thoughts, aims, wishes and aspirations when our body is alive?? We must live this body until it dies naturally.
Kill yourselves in your body. Think that so and so{your name} is dead. Feel that a new soul is living in your body. Forget about all your love/hatred/fear. Live and see who will kill your body. Let the others kill your body if you have done any wrong things. Let the other people insult you, you can smile at them when your soul is killed. Your body don't demand much luxury and comfort for its existence, it can do work to earn its living. You can even go to a new place, leaving all your bonds than killing your body and making them cry infront of your corpse. The sight of our corpses will haunt our loved ones' sleep all their lives.
Atleast we should not make others cry, if we cannot make them laugh.
