U can reach the higher echelons in ur company iff u solely depend on talent or thru palming (or 2 b more appropriate bitching)2 the ones who matter.u get the cream, the icing, the cherry .best of salary..best of designation..best of bonuses..with either of the above criteria.but wat of those who directly challenge the Mob's(Management's) misdeeds ,queston their misdemeanors and speak 4 the rights of every1...wat happens 2 them..they get ignored totally by getting training denied..designations stripped..bonuses cut, their nullified in the process by being hounded out first mentally...then physically .but i'm a SURVIVOR..who won't call it quits so easily..even if it means standing in the coliseum with the mob baying 4 my blood in the stands..dying bravely..valiantly..till i have no sweat 2 perspire, no energy 2 expend or no blood 2 shed like Maximus's or like a true fighting GLADIATOR scything the heads from the connectivity of their veins till they roll in the baking sand with that everlasting look of amazement and disbelief on their eye-popping blood lorn faces.
