There is no indespensable man
When you are feeling important
And, your ego is in bloom,
When you feel absolutely,
You are the best in the room;
Follow this example,
It will humble your soul.
Take a bucket filled with water
And put your hand in it, up to the wrist;
Take it out and the hole that remains,
Is a measure of how much you will be missed!
Splash all you please when you enter,
Stir up the water galore!
Alas, in a moment,
It is quite the same as before!
Remember the moral of this quaint example:
Do the best that you can;
But remember
There is no indispensable man!
