The present day market situation is so fluctuating and risky that people are not able to find suitable avenue for their investments with the fear of insecurity and loss of interest ,leave alone good returns and fast appreciation, and security .
Under these circumstances the best avenue for investment to derive all the benefits of gain and prevent the loss apart from creating a permanent asset to self and family is realestate and more so on land.
The problem is how to select a suitable property that meets all our ambitions and aspirations?
First select your favourable location:
It will be more profitable and manageable if we select the location where we are going to settle finally in the close proximity of the property so that we can have a look at it once in a while and access to information like current price and appreciation possibilities by personal enquiry. Select the location in such a way that you invest at lowest possible rate with highest appreciation potential. Satisfy yourself about the marketability of the property including leagal history of the property. Keep an eye on the real estate market and exchange your property from time to time within a reasonable gap of five years.
Never do any transaction direct with the other party, better employ a reliable mediator who is experienced and known for fair transactions so that you will have a better bargain and fair deal.
Don't delay the transaction once you have taken the decision but take a reasonable time for your decision
Involve your spouse /elder whose interest also is involved in the transaction.
The documantation of the property to be registered should be drafted by your advocate after thorough discussion to avoid
legal complications at any time or eventuality.
The registered document can be made accessible to you in a safe custody to be used sa a colleteral security to raise capital in times of emergency. Thus the realestate investment in vacant site is relevent and profitable in view of its potential growth in value from time to time .
