Paneer parathas.

Paneer preparation: To get cheese add lemon to boiling milk. The milk curdles with the solids and water seperated. Filter out the solids and press it hard to drain out all water.It is available in the market in milk parlours in specially the hindi speaking belt of india. Ingredients: paneer - 1/2 cup ,grated Spring onions - 2, finely chopped Whole wheat flour - 3/4 cup green chillies - 2, finely chopped salt and pepper - to taste Oil to cook. Combine all these ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using water. Divide into six portions and make them into balls.Roll them into medium size chapatis.shallow fry them on a tava smearing a little oil until they turn golden brown on both sides and served hot with tomato sauce or a pickle. These parathas are nutritious in nature. Very rich in protein and calcium and good as breakfast and can be packed in tiffin for school going kids.
