Ingredients:
Bread: 20 slices
Sugar: ½ cup
Milk: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Almond Essence: 1 tsp
Candied Peal: 50 gm
Salt: To taste
Preparation:
Crumble bread. Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, essence and salt. Add crumbled bread to this mixture and allow soaking for ½ an hour.
Take a small bowl lined with greased paper. Add soaked bread to the container. Close the top of the bowl also with greased paper. Place in a pressure – cooker and stream for 15 minutes.
Remove from pressure cooker and allow pudding to cool. Cut into big slices. Serve.
