Ingredients: |
| Basmati Rice | : | 1 cup |
| Spring Onions | : | 1 bunch | | Oil | : | 6 tbsp | | Peas | : | 1 cup (boiled) | | Carrots | : | 2 | | Fresh Beans | : | 4 | | Ajinomoto | : | 1 tsp | | Soya Sauce | : | 1 tbsp | | Salt | : | To taste |
| Preparation: | | Boil the rice till 3/4th done. Drain and let it cool for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle
1 tbsp of oil on the cooked rice. Heat oil; add half of the onions, boiled peas, cut vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Add rice and fry on a slow fire for 5 minutes then add ajinomoto, soya sauce, salt and fry for two to three minutes. Sauce and ajinomoto should be added just before serving the rice. Garnish rice with rest of the onion springs. | Note: Vegetables should be cut into long thin slices. | |
