| Ingredients: | | | | | Basmati Rice | : | 1 cup | | | Spring Onions | : | 1 bunch | | | Oil | : | 6 tbsp | | | Peas | : | 1 cup (boiled) | | | Carrots | : | 2 | | | Fresh Beans | : | 4 | | | Ajinomoto | : | 1 tsp | | | Soya Sauce | : | 1 tbsp | | | Salt | : | to taste | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Boil the rice till 3/4th done. Drain and let it cool for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of oil on the cooked rice. Heat oil; add half of the onions, boiled peas, cut vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Add rice and fry on a slow fire for 5 minutes then add ajinomoto, soya sauce, salt and fry for two to three minutes. | | | | Sauce and ajinomoto should be added just before serving the rice. Garnish rice with rest of the onion springs. | | | | Note: Vegetables should be cut into long thin slices. | | |
