| Ripe Plantains | : | 2 (chopped) | | Whole Milk | : | 1 ltr | | Sugar | : | 200 gm | | Cold Water | : | 1 cup | | Ice Cubes | : | 3-4 | | Lemon Juice | : | 2 tbsp (optional) | |

Preparation: |

Take a heavy bottomed pan and pour milk into it. Boil the milk and stir continuously till it reduces to half of its quantity. Dissolve sugar into it. Remove from fire and let it come to the room temperature. |

Pour the milk into a blender. Add plantains, lemon juice and cold water into it. Blend well. Serve with ice cubes. | |

Note: If you want your milk shake to be thinner add more ice water. |
