Potatoes

½ kg (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Coriander Leaves

1 bunch (chopped)
Onions
:
1 big (chopped)
Red Chilli Powder
:
To Taste
Thick Curds
:
2 cups
Sweet & Sour Chutney
:
1 tbsp
Chat Masala Powder
:
4 tbsp
Salt
:
to taste
Sev
:
1 cup
Ajwain
:
½ tsp (crushed)
Preparation:
Take a large bowl. Put mashed potatoes in that. Pour thick curds over the potatoes. Put sweet chutney on top of the curds. Sprinkle chat masala over it. Spread sev on top of it and garnish with coriander leaves. Alu chat is ready to serve.
