Ingredients:
 
Wheat:500 gm
Mutton:150 gm
Water:3 ltrs
Onion:1 (sliced)
Cashew nuts and Raisins:to decorate
Ginger Garlic Paste:1 tsp
Cloves:2
Cinnamon:2
Cardamom:2
Garam Masala Powder:1 tsp
Whole Bengal Gram:1 tbsp(optional)
Whole Green Gram:1 tbsp (optional)
Lemon:1
Ghee:2 tbsp
Salt:to taste
 
Preparation:
 
Clean, wash and mince mutton finely. Soak grams in enough water for 2-3 hours. Wash, soak and grind wheat rawa into a coarse paste. Heat ghee in a very heavy bottomed vessel and add ginger-garlic paste into it. Fry for a few minutes. Add spices, onions, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, soaked and drained grams and ground wheat.
 
Add water, cover and cook on a low heat till the mutton becomes tender. Mash or grind the mixture well. Remove from fire sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
