Peel grapefruit. Remove the skin and seeds from the segments.
Cut strawberries into halves.
Grind and drain the juice from pineapple. Mix the fruits. Add little sugar and toss gently. Blend the grated paneer with 1/3 cup of the reserved pineapple juice in the mixer. Put mixed fruits in the serving dishes. Top with paneer mixture and garnish with the mint leaves.
Note: Don’t use paneer if you are using beaten cream. Instead add little sugar to the cream.
