Ingredients: | | | Milk | : | 1 ltr | | Sugar | : | 6 tbsp | | Gelatine | : | 1 tbsp | | Pineapple Juice | : | 200 ml | | Pineapple Custard Powder | : | 3 tbsp | | Cream | : | 1 cup | | Pineapple Slices | : | to garnish (canned) | |
| Preparation: | | Mix gelatine in half-cup of water and heat. Let it cool and add pineapple juice. | | Mix custard powder and sugar in milk. Avoid lumps and cook till thick stirring continuously. | | Set the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes. Take it out and beat it well. Add cream, and pineapple gelatine mix. Beat well again. Keep it again in fridge to set. Serve with pineapple slices. | |
