Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
 
 Mushrooms:100 gm
 Tomatoes:¼ kg
 Garlic:1 flake
 Onion:1
 Green Chillies:2 (chopped)
 Salt:to taste
 Garam Masala Powder:1 tsp
 Oil:2 tsp
 
Preparation:
 
 
Clean and cook mushrooms. Grind garlic, ginger and green chillis together into a paste. Keep tomatoes in boiling water, remover skins and grind them to make puree.Fry ginger garlic paste in a non-stick tava and add chopped onions to that. Take Add salt, ground ginger and green chillies to it. Add oil and fry well.Add tomato puree and boiled mushrooms to the onions and let it boil for 10 minutes. Add garam masala powder before removing from fire. Serve hot with chapathis or cooked wheat rawa.
