Ingredients: | | | Chicken | : | ½ kg | | Curds | : | 100 ml | | Ginger Garlic Paste | : | 1 tsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | ½ tsp | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Coriander Powder | : | 2 tsp | | Red Food Colour | : | 1 pinch | | Roasted Gram Powder | : | 50 gm | | Salt | : | to taste | | Oil | : | For frying | |
| Preparation: | | Clean the chicken properly. Mix curds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, food colour and salt together. Apply this mixture to the chicken and marinate it for 15 minutes. Now roll each piece of chicken in roasted gram powder and deep fry in hot oil till done. |
