Ingredients:
 
 Bengal Gram Flour:1 cup
 Rice Flour:1 cup
 Red Chilli Powder:2 tsp
 Ajwain:1 tsp (powdered)
 Salt:to taste
 Oil:for frying
 
Preparation:
 
Seive together besan and rice flour.Mix the powders and salt.Make it into a soft dough using enough water (the dough should not be watery or hard).Make small balls and put in into the tape pakoda mould and fry it in oil.Store in airtight containers.
