Ingredients: | | | Cashew nuts | : | 250 gm | | Ground nuts | : | 250 gm | | Khoya | : | 250 gm | | Sugar | : | ¾ cup | | Ghee | : | 1 tbsp | | Cardamoms | : | 7 | | Water | : | ¼ cup | | Silver Foil | : | 1 | |
| Preparation: | | Grind nuts into powder form. Remove the skins of cardamoms and grind it to fine powder. Boil water and sugar to make thin syrup. Add ghee and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove it from fire and add cardamom powder. | | Now add nuts and crumbled khoya. Mix it well and cook till it reaches setting stage.Remove from fire. Pour the mixture in greased plate and cut into desired shapes when cooled. | | Garnish with silver foil and serve! | |
