| | | | Preparation: | | | | Crumble bread. Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, essence and salt. Add crumbled bread to this mixture and allow soaking for ½ an hour. | | | | Take a small bowl lined with greased paper. Add soaked bread to the container. Close the top of the bowl also with greased paper. Place in a pressure – cooker and stream for 15 minutes. | | | | Remove from pressure cooker and allow pudding to cool. Cut into big slices. Serve. | | |
