| | | | Preparation: | | | | Peel grapefruit. Remove the skin and seeds from the segments. Cut strawberries into halves. Grind and drain the juice from pineapple. | | | | Mix the fruits. Add little sugar and toss gently. Blend the grated paneer with 1/3 cup of the reserved pineapple juice in the mixer. Put mixed fruits in the serving dishes. Top with paneer mixture and garnish with the mint leaves. | | | | Note: Don’t use paneer if you are using beaten cream. Instead add little sugar to the cream. | | |
