| Ingredients: | | | | | Wheat Flour | : | 4 cups | | | Fenugreek Leaves | : | 1 Bunch (finely chopped) | | | Turmeric Powder | : | ½ tsp | | | Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp | | | Garam Masala Powder | : | 2 tsp | | | Cumin Seeds Powder | : | ¼ tsp | | | Coriander Powder | : | 1 tsp | | | Oil | : | 6 tbsp | | | Salt | : | to taste | | |
| | Preparation: | | | | Knead the flour with all the ingredients adding little water and 2 tbsp of oil to make soft and stiff dough. Roll out into chapathis and place the chapathi on a greased hot tava. Keep on slow fire and add little oil. Turn over the paratha and add little oil and make it crisp. |
