Ingredients:
 
 Wheat Flour:4 cups
 Fenugreek Leaves:1 Bunch (finely chopped)
 Turmeric Powder:½ tsp
 Chilli Powder:1 tsp
 Garam Masala Powder:2 tsp
 Cumin Seeds Powder:¼ tsp
 Coriander Powder:1 tsp
 Oil:6 tbsp
 Salt:to taste
 
Preparation:
 
Knead the flour with all the ingredients adding little water and 2 tbsp of oil to make soft and stiff dough. Roll out into chapathis and place the chapathi on a greased hot tava. Keep on slow fire and add little oil. Turn over the paratha and add little oil and make it crisp.
