Mexican Biryani

Ingredients:
 
 Basmati Rice:1½ cups (washed and soaked)
 Onions:2 (chopped)
 Oil:2 tbsp
 Water:3 cups
 Processed Chicken:200 gm
 Carrot:2-3 (chopped)
 Chicken Salami:
 Or Italian Sauce:300 gm
 Cumin Seeds:3 tsp
 Chilli Sauce:2 tsp
 Salt:½ tsp
 
Preparation:
 
Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds into it. When it splutters, add onion and fry till onions turn golden brown in colour. Put water and put processed chicken pieces into it.
 
When the chicken is half done, add rice, carrot, salami, sauce, salt. Cover and cook on low fire till the chicken is completely done.
 
Serve hot!
