| | Preparation: | | | | Wash and cut all the vegetables into 1' long pieces. Put them in a pan, add salt, turmeric powder and pour just enough water to immerse the vegetables. Cover the pan and boil hte vegetables till they become tender but not mushy. | | | | Grind together grated coconut and green chillies into a smooth snd stiff paste adding little curds if necessary. Add the ground mixture to the cooked vegetables. Add curds and mix gently not to break the vegetables. | | | | sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves. | | | | | | Note:Vegetables like broad beans, snake gourd and chow chow can also be included.sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves. | | |
