Ingredients:
 
 Raw Banana:1
 Drumsticks:1 long
 Ash Gourd:1 piece
 Yam:1 piece
 Yellow Pumpkin:1 piece
 Butter Beans:5-6
 Carrot:1 big
 Grated Fresh Coconut:4 tbsp
 Coconut Oils:2 tsp
 Salt:to taste
 Curry Leaves:7-8
 Green Chillies:3-4
 Curds:3-4 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder:a pinch
 
Preparation:
 
Wash and cut all the vegetables into 1' long pieces. Put them in a pan, add salt, turmeric powder and pour just enough water to immerse the vegetables. Cover the pan and boil hte vegetables till they become tender but not mushy.
 
Grind together grated coconut and green chillies into a smooth snd stiff paste adding little curds if necessary. Add the ground mixture to the cooked vegetables. Add curds and mix gently not to break the vegetables.
 
sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves.
 
 
Note:Vegetables like broad beans, snake gourd and chow chow can also be included.sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves.
