Ingredients: | | | Raw Banana | : | 1 | | Drumsticks | : | 1 long | | Ash Gourd | : | 1 piece | | Yam | : | 1 piece | | Yellow Pumpkin | : | 1 piece | | Butter Beans | : | 5-6 | | Carrot | : | 1 big | | Grated Fresh Coconut | : | 4 tbsp | | Coconut Oils | : | 2 tsp | | Salt | : | to taste | | Curry Leaves | : | 7-8 | | Green Chillies | : | 3-4 | | Curds | : | 3-4 tbsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | a pinch | |
| Preparation: | | Wash and cut all the vegetables into 1' long pieces. Put them in a pan, add salt, turmeric powder and pour just enough water to immerse the vegetables. Cover the pan and boil hte vegetables till they become tender but not mushy. | | Grind together grated coconut and green chillies into a smooth snd stiff paste adding little curds if necessary. Add the ground mixture to the cooked vegetables. Add curds and mix gently not to break the vegetables. | | sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves. | | | Note:Vegetables like broad beans, snake gourd and chow chow can also be included.sprinkle coconut oil on top and garnish with washed fresh curry leaves. | |
