Ingredients: | | | Fresh Thick Curds | : | 2 cups | | Sugar | : | 2 cups | | Cardamom Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Almonds | : | 1 tsp | | Pistachios | : | 1 tsp | | Cashew Nuts | : | 1 tsp | | Saffron Strands | : | ¼ tsp | | Salt | : | a pinch | | Milk | : | 2 tsp | |
| Preparation: | | Tie and hang curds in a muslin cloth for 7-8 hours. Meanwhile soak saffron in milk. Add salt and sugar to the hanged curds and run it in mixer for few seconds. | | Transfer the curds into a bowl and add soaked saffron, cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Mix well and chill it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. |
