Ingredients:
 
 Fresh Thick Curds:2 cups
 Sugar:2 cups
 Cardamom Powder:1 tsp
 Almonds:1 tsp
 Pistachios:1 tsp
 Cashew Nuts:1 tsp
 Saffron Strands:¼ tsp
 Salt:a pinch
 Milk:2 tsp
 
Preparation:
 
Tie and hang curds in a muslin cloth for 7-8 hours. Meanwhile soak saffron in milk. Add salt and sugar to the hanged curds and run it in mixer for few seconds.
 
Transfer the curds into a bowl and add soaked saffron, cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Mix well and chill it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
