Ingredients: | | | Ground Nuts | : | 250 gm (roasted) | | Green Chillies | : | 16 (chopped finely)) | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 2 tsp | | Turmeric Powder | : | ½ tsp | | Mustard Seeds | : | ½ tsp | | Fenugreek Seeds | : | ¾ tsp | | Cumin Seeds | : | 1 tsp | | Salt | : | to taste | | Mustard Oil | : | 8 tbsp | | Mustard Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Asafoetida | : | a pinch | | Lemon Juice | : | 1 tbsp | | Curry Leaves | : | 4-5 | |
| Preparation: | | Mix together lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder and reserve it for further use. | | Heat oil in a pan and put mustard seeds in it. When mustard seeds begin to splutter, add cumin, fenugreek and asafetida. Remove form fire. Add green chillies, lemon juice mixture, red chilli powder and mix well. Finally add roasted groundnuts and mix well. | | Serve with puris, chapathis or with hot rice. |
