Ingredients: | | | Plain Flour (Maida) | : | 2 cups | | Oil | : | 3 tbsp | | All Spice Powder | : | ¾ tsp | | Minced Meat | : | 400 gm | | Onions | : | 2 (chopped) | | Black Pepper Corns | : | ¾ tsp (powdered) | | Cumin Seeds | : | ¾ tsp | | Salt | : | to taste | | Oil | : | for frying | |
| Preparation: | | Seive flour well. Add garam masala and salt and mix well. Knead the flour to form stiff dough by using oil. Make even sized balls from the dough and leave them covered for one hour. | | Take a frying pan and heat little oil. Put cumins and onions, fry for a while and add minced meat. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, and salt. Mix and fry well till the meat is cooked properly. Remove from fire and let it cool for some time. Make lemon sized balls out of it. | | Take a dough balls and roll it into round puris. Place 1 tbsp of meat mixture on top and mould into triangular shape. Make samosas in the same way till the all the dough balls are used. Deep-fry the samosas in hot oil till they become golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup. | |
