Ingredients: | | | Bread | : | 12 slices | | Gram Flour | : | 4 tbsp | | Salt | : | to taste | | Red Chilli Powder | : | as required | | Coriander Powder | : | as required | | Mint Chutney | : | as required | | Tomato Ketchup | : | as required | |
| Preparation: | | For Mint Chutney: | | 1 bunch mint leaves, 1 bunch coriander leaves, 1 tomato, salt, cumin seeds, sugar, green chillies, amchur, coriander powder, red chilli powder. | | Grind all the ingredients together with a very little quantity of water to make a smooth paste. | | Method: | | Take a slice of bread. Apply mint chutney on one side. Place another slice of bread on top. Apply tomato ketchup on top. Cover with a third slice. Spread some mint chutney on it. Place the fourth slice of bread on top. | | Make a thin batter of gram flour, a little salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Dip the prepared sandwiches in the batter and then deep fry. Cut into four pieces and serve. | |
