Ingredients: | | | Grape Fruits | : | 12 | | Sugar | : | ½ kg | | Water | : | 3¼ glasses | |
| Preparation: | | Extract juice form grapefruits. Remove seeds and strain. Add 3 glasses of water to it. | | Put sugar in a pan and pour in reaming water and cook on medium flame to make sugar syrup at one string consistency. | | Now stir in juice and boil till the mixture reaches sharbat consistency. remove from fire and transfer it to another vessel. Let it reach room temperature and store in air tight containers. | | While serving, take ¼ glass of sharbat concentrate and add double the quantity of cold water or soda. | |
