Pineapple Halwa

Ingredients:
 
 Pineapples:2 medium sized
 Sugar:500 gm
 Khoya:250 gm (crumbled)
 Sponge Cake:250 gm
 Saffron:few strands
 Almonds:2 tbsp (sliced)
 Pistachios:2 tbsp (sliced)
 Fresh Cream:1 cup
 
Preparation:
 
Heat ghee, saffron and ppineapple together. Saute till pineapple softens.
 
Add sugar, khoya and 1/3 crumbled sponge cake. Cook for half an hour on low fire stirring continuously.
 
When the halwa thickens, sprinkle remaining crumbled spnge cake over it. Garnish with sliced nuts, beaten fresh cream and serve.
