Ingredients: | | | Raw Rice | : | ½ kg | | Milk | : | 1 ltr | | Green Chillies | : | 4 | | Dry Red Chillies | : | 2 (broken) | | Mustard | : | 1 tsp | | Black Gram | : | ½ tsp | | Slat | : | to taste | | Oil | : | 1 tsp | | GingerCoriander Powder | : | ½ tsp (finely minced) | | Curry Leaves | : | 1 twig | | Grapes | : | 1 cup (washed) | | Curds | : | 1 tbsp (washed) | |
| Preparation: | | Cook rice till it becomes very soft, mash slightly and keep it reserved. Boil milk and wait till it gets warm. | | Mix the milk with cooked rice along with curds. Mix well and let it set for 4-5 hours. | | Heat oil in pan and fry mustard, black gram and curry leaves. Add this seasoning to the curd rice. | | Finally add grapes to the rice and serve. |
