Special Curd Rice

Ingredients:
 
 Raw Rice:½ kg
 Milk:1 ltr
 Green Chillies:4
 Dry Red Chillies:2 (broken)
 Mustard:1 tsp
 Black Gram:½ tsp
 Slat:to taste
 Oil:1 tsp
 GingerCoriander Powder:½ tsp (finely minced)
 Curry Leaves:1 twig
 Grapes:1 cup (washed)
 Curds:1 tbsp (washed)
 
Preparation:
 
Cook rice till it becomes very soft, mash slightly and keep it reserved. Boil milk and wait till it gets warm.
 
Mix the milk with cooked rice along with curds. Mix well and let it set for 4-5 hours.
 
Heat oil in pan and fry mustard, black gram and curry leaves. Add this seasoning to the curd rice.
 
Finally add grapes to the rice and serve.
