Ingredients: | | | Pasta (Any Shape) | : | 3 cups (boiled) | | Paneer | : | 100 gm (grated) | | Baby Corns | : | 3 | | Capsicum | : | 1 | | Red Chilli Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Curry Powder | : | 1 tsp | | Pepper Powder | : | 1½ tsp | | Mint Leaves (Pudina) | : | 1 tsp (chopped) | | Coriander Leaves | : | 1 tsp (chopped) | | Oil | : | 2 tsp | | Salt | : | to taste | |

| Preparation: | | Cut baby sorns and capsicums into long and thin slices. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add cut vegetables and saute for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle chilli powder, curry powder and enough salt and saute for few seconds. Add paneer and toss all the ingrediets gently. Remove from fire transfer the dish into another bowl and keep it reserved. | | | | In the same pan, put pasta and saute a little. Sprinkle pepper powder, little salt, mint leaves and stir fry for about 3 minutes. | | While serving, Arrange pasta in a plate and top it with fried paneer mixture. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves. |
